The Challenge

The organization faced key challenges, including fragmented tools for managing employee tasks and leaves, manual workflows that consumed time and resources, and limited visibility into employee performance. Additionally, onboarding new clients was cumbersome due to manual processes, and the absence of a unified platform for skill tracking hindered workforce development.

A dynamic dashboard was designed for quick access to important metrics such as employee count, performance updates, leave applications, work-from-home statistics and many more.

We focused on enabling seamless categorization of employees by department and designation, ensuring accurate role-based access management.
